For nearly 10 years Layers has partnered with organizations dedicated
to adventure based outdoor education. The Pacific Crest Outward Bound
School has been an important focus in our giving. PCOBS continues to
provide experiences that impact lives, helping a diverse constituency
reach beyond previously accepted limits. We are pleased to celebrate
just a few of the achievements of the PCOBS Pinnacle Program in the
